  American Bald Eagles.\nKaibel has been observing these birds since 2021 a
 nd will share insights into their behavior and personalities. A longtime K
 lamath County resident and retired Fremont-Winema National Forest employee
  with 28 years of service\, Kaibel is an accomplished wildlife photographe
 r specializing in large birds. He received the Klamath County Volunteer of
  the Year Award in 2010 for his work as director of the local Hands and Wo
 rds Are Not For Hurting Project.\nMembership in the garden club is not req
