Join a monthly discussion group exploring the aging journey. Held on the last Thursday of each month, this program brings together adults to discuss topics relevant to growing older, with facilitation from Patricia Card and Kelli Bowers of Klamath Basin Behavioral Health.
Topics covered include: Changes as we age, chronic disease and depression, sleep and older adults, laughter and wellness, grief and loss, sexuality in later life, understanding memory loss, and communicating with your doctor.
