You can quit smoking, and we can help! In this seminar series based on the American Lung Association's Freedom from Smoking course, you'll learn how to prep for a "quit day" and build strategies to stick with your resolve to quit for good.
This group meets on Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Registration is required. If you can't make it on Tuesdays, you can attend via Zoom on Sundays at 5:00 PM.
