Property Manager Pre-License Prep Course

Get prepared in seven weeks to take the State of Oregon Property Manager License Exam. This course covers the role of property managers, tenant relations, fair housing, lease agreements, and more.

Format: Zoom instruction with 14 hours of evening class sessions (7 weeks) plus 60 hours of self-study online work. Class materials included.

Requirements: You must attend all evening class sessions through Zoom and have online capacity to complete the self-study portion. Following successful completion, you must pay a separate fee to the State of Oregon and sit for the Property Manager License Exam.
