Property Manager Pre-License Prep Course (Zoom)

Get prepared in seven weeks to take the State of Oregon Property Manager License Exam. This course covers the role of property managers, tenant relations, fair housing, lease agreements, and more.

Course Details:

• 14 hours of evening class sessions via Zoom (must attend all sessions)
• 60 hours of self-study online work
• Meets all Oregon Real Estate Agency pre-license criteria
• Instructor is an experienced property manager
• Class materials included
• Following completion, students must pay a separate state fee and sit for the Property Manager Exam
