Real Estate Broker Pre-License Prep Course

This 10-week accelerated pre-license course prepares students for the Oregon real estate broker's national and state license exams through a combination of online self-study (150 hours) and remotely delivered supplemental instruction (38 hours via Zoom).

Students must have online capability and participate in all Zoom conference call class sessions from home. The course includes a full-day Exam Prep Day on Saturday, June 13, 2026 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM via Zoom). Class materials are included in the fee.

The course meets all Oregon Real Estate Agency pre-license criteria and is taught by an experienced principal broker. Following successful completion, students must pay a separate fee to the State of Oregon and sit for the Broker License Exam.
