Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensed Prep Course

A 10-week accelerated pre-license course designed to prepare students for the Oregon real estate broker's national and state license exams. The course combines online self-study (150 hours) and remotely delivered supplemental instruction (38 hours) via Zoom.

Students must have online capability and participate in all Zoom conference call class sessions from home, plus a full-day Exam Prep Day on Saturday, December 12, 2026. The course meets all Oregon Real Estate Agency pre-license criteria and is taught by an experienced principal broker. Class materials are included.
