Contribute to a community art project while supporting Portland State University Ph.D. candidate Thien-Kim Bui's dissertation research on water conflict and governance in the US West. Create quilt squares illustrating water's importance in your life, your feelings about competing water needs during drought, or any expression related to water.
Multiple session times are available throughout September (Sept. 13–26). All materials provided; no prior crafting or quilting experience necessary. Open to adults 18+ who live in, work in, or are connected to the Klamath Basin. Participation is completely voluntary—attend as many or as few sessions as you like, for as long as you wish.
