Contribute to a community art project while supporting a Portland State University Ph.D. candidate's dissertation research on water conflict and governance in the US West. Create quilt squares illustrating your water's importance in your life, your feelings about competing water needs during drought, or any personal expression about water.
Multiple session opportunities throughout September allow flexible participation. We provide all materials needed—no previous crafting, sewing, or quilting experience required. Participation is completely voluntary; attend as many or few sessions as you wish and stay as long as you like.
Age requirement: Adults 18 years and up who live in, work in, or are otherwise connected to the Klamath Basin. Pre-registration appreciated but not required.
