Contribute to a community art project while supporting Portland State University Ph.D. candidate Thien-Kim Bui's dissertation research on water conflict and governance in the US West. Create quilt squares illustrating water's importance in your life, your feelings about competing water needs during drought, or any aspect of water meaningful to you.
All materials are provided, and no previous crafting, sewing, or quilting experience is needed. Participation is completely voluntary—attend as many or as few sessions as you wish and stay for any duration.
