Stand-up paddleboard yoga on the water every Sunday at 4:30 PM throughout the summer. Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
Your instructor will guide you through a practice that starts slowly to help you adjust to the floating surface, then transitions into a more dynamic flow. Come prepared to laugh, possibly fall, and find your zen on the water.
What to bring: Water, sunscreen, hat, and a playful spirit.
Registration: Register through Ella Redkey Pool's website under Programs/Special Events. Preregistration closes the Saturday before each class.
