Join the Northside Garden Club on the last Tuesday of each month at 11:00 AM for a presentation on gardening, landscaping, or local environmental topics. This month, Michael Kaibel presents his ongoing observations of a local pair of American Bald Eagles.
Kaibel has been observing these birds since 2021 and will share insights into their behavior and personalities. A longtime Klamath County resident and retired Fremont-Winema National Forest employee with 28 years of service, Kaibel is an accomplished wildlife photographer specializing in large birds. He received the Klamath County Volunteer of the Year Award in 2010 for his work as director of the local Hands and Words Are Not For Hurting Project.
Membership in the garden club is not required. For more information, call the South Suburban Branch Library at (541) 273-3679.
