Part of The Aging Journey seminar series presented by Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH). This session explores how food impacts our lives—not just as nutrition, but as a source of cultural and social connection.

Each presentation in the series can be attended as a stand-alone. Other topics in the series include Physical Needs As We Age (May 7), Advanced Directives (May 21), and The Bad and the Ugly of AI (May 28).

Presented by KBBH Behavioral Health Specialists Patricia "Patty" Card and Kelli Bowers, who specialize in the mental health needs of older adults. Card has worked at KBBH for more than 35 years; Bowers has worked in human services and social work since 1984 in Utah and Oregon.
